Project: Tanker Loading.
A project for improving the loading performance for Alumina tanker loading was successfully performed improving loading time for 45t from previous 12-18min to actual less than 6 min. The system includes all elements like the silo bottom air pad system, the flow control and air slide system, the loading system complete including all loading valves, loading spouts and dedusting system.

Project: Burner Pipe.
Client was facing problems with so called “SNOWMAN” in front of burner pipe. We have developed a special blowing devise for cleaning up the “SNOWMAN”.
Project: Cement Silo Vibrator.
The client was facing continuous problems with the silo filter material return blockage. The “Rotary Valve” many times got blocked and so the filter hopper got filled up. We have mounted vibration system for getting rid-off this problem.
Project: Eddy Current Machine.
The coal reject system had problems with metal parts which were rejected from the mill. We have installed an Eddy Current machine separating 3 fractions: Ferrous particles - NON Ferrous particles – mail material (coal).
Project: Multi Port.
Cement Plants usually need Air Cannons for cleaning up build-up of material, usually at the Cyclone, the Riser Duct, Kiln Inlet and Cooler. In some cases the client needs a big series of air cannons just side by side. We have delivered and installed as special developed system called Multi Port which allows with only 1 Air Cannon cleaning up to 8 ports! In total we have installed 7 Units of Multi Port, total cleaning ports 52!
Project: Sludge Gate
The client in that case is burning special fuel sludge and needed a closing gate between the sludge storage hopper and the high pressure pipeline. We have installed 2of such sludge gates with dimension 1x1m.
Project: Vacuum Cleaner
The client in that case has requested to get a central cleaning system at the coal tower. We have delivered and installed the complete unit including pipeline, hopper, etc. Turn Key.

Client was asking for improving consultancy of the belt cleaning efficiency. Siethomgroup was able to work out a proposal for changing the installed belt scrapers using new scraper types + other elements like Apron Seal.

Client was facing a problem with his copper concentrate mixing plant which was producing problematic dust emission all around the port. We have delivered in total 3 FOG cannons which are now solving the problem by keeping dust down

This client has asked us for installing 2 Air Cannon Multi Port Systems for cleaning up build up of material at the Riser Duct. We have delivered and installed in total 2 Multi Port units cleaning up 12 ports!
