12193Dx-6

A single cartridge seal with connections for flushing the mechanical seal contact surfaces. The springs are protected from the product to prevent blocking in applications with particle-laden uids. The standard flange has a flushing connection for cleaning and cooling the contact surfaces. The flange can be supplied without connections (LSC40) or with a quench connection (LSC40-Q).

12193BAA1-64

This cartridge seal has a cast iron gasketed flange for replacing braided packing in pumps.
The springs are protected from the product to prevent blocking in applications with particle-laden uids. The ange has two connections, a ushing connec- tion for cleaning and cooling the contact surfaces, and a drain connection that enables the springs to be cleaned and controls minor leaks.

12193BAA

This cartridge seal has an economic design with a stuffing box gland shape for replacing packing in pumps.
The springs are protected from the product to prevent blocking in applications with particle-laden fluids. The cooling of the contact surfaces can be improved using the flush connection.

12193A

A single cartridge seal with connections for flushing the mechanical seal contact surfaces.
The springs are protected from the product to pre- vent blocking in applications with particle-laden fluids. A versatile cartridge seal that is suitable for most market applications.

12193BB

A single cartridge seal with a multispring system in the rotating part that absorbs the transmission of misalignments, knocks, oscillations and vibrations of the shaft on the contact surfaces and extends the useful life in unfavourable operating conditions.
In addition, the springs are protected from the product to prevent blocking in applications with particle-laden fluids.

12193BAACI-6

A single cartridge seal with connections for flushing the mechanical seal contact surfaces.
The springs are protected from the product to prevent blocking in applications with particle-laden fluids.
A versatile cartridge seal that is suitable for most market applications. Its principal advantage is that it requires a very shallow housing depth.

12193BAACI-617

A single cartridge seal that allows the injection of external fluids (quenching and flushing) and the recirculation of internal fluids (flushing).
It is advisable to use quenching fluids if there is a possibility of freezing, solidi cation or sedimentation of the product and to keep the contact surfaces lubricated.

12193BAACH-617

A single cartridge seal that permits the injection of external fluids (quenching and flushing) and the recirculation of internal fluids (flushing).
The rotating part of the seal has a self-cleaning metal bellows structure.
Suitable for applications with extremely viscous, sticky fluids laden with particles that run a risk of freezing, solidi cation or sedimentation.
