Signaling

Integrated signalling devices confer high compactness to INGESOA® equipments. Their solid construction permits to control with precision and reliability the movement of our valves and gates.

Siethom signalling devices are housed in machined cast aluminium cases, completely tight and therefore suitable for use in units exposed to the elements.

DK-12A Position Transmitter

The DK-12A Position Transmitter ensures the accurate indication of the position of components like valves, gates and dampers, etc. at a distance; the reading is given in terms of a percentage.

The transmitter is housed in a machined cast aluminium case; it is completely tight and therefore suitable for use in units exposed to the elements.

An electronic circuit incorporated in the position transmitter converts the mechanical rotary movement into electric current; this varies according to the shaft’s rotation.

Limicontrol DK-14 Position Limiter

The LIMICONTROL DK-14 Position Limiter shows the positioning of both manual and pneumatic components like valves, gates, registers etc. and also indicates that the power supply has been cut off at the conclusion of an operation.

The position limiting set is housed in a machined cast aluminium case; it is completely tight and therefore suitable for use in units exposed to the elements.

DK-12A Position Transmitter

These units are used for level control in silos and hoppers. To splice the probe for use in places or machines in which the material is subjected to high temperatures, use A.T. silicon cable wrapped in GM-1000 isolation casing capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 450º; it must have a dry breakdown strength of 1,000 V. When used in hoppers and silos, the probe is suspended directly from the indicator head by Ø10 mm stainless steel rod or cable. The standard probe consists of a Ø 20 arm, the upper part of which is isolated with 400 mm long polypropylene.

The splicing cable for the probe may be positioned near control circuits but should always be kept away from power systems. The device is designed to run on alternating voltage of 220 V. 50-60 Hz. Probing in hoppers where the temperature exceeds 65º C must be done on “HEAT RESISTANT” mode. Probing materials with a high dielectric coefficient must be done on “MIRROR SHINE” mode using stainless steel plates.
